HOW WE WORK WITH YOU
The owner, Joe Jordan, is always available throughout the building process and after. He will provide a detailed list of every item (i.e. window and door sizes, roof pitch, allowances for appliances, flooring, etc.) in your new home before it is built. By working daily on the job site, he ensures the proper construction of your new home. All details and choices of your new home are communicated directly with Joe.
