Pinewood Manor, Inc. has been building custom homes at Pinewood Manor in Essex since 1960. Each home is custom designed to fit the contours of the land and the homeowner's requirements. Pinewood is proud to boast that there are no duplicate house designs in the development. Each home is unique. The rolling wooded terrain of Pinewood Manor offers quiet, scenic homesites with shade in the summer days and an unsurpassed beauty, especially in the foliage season. PINEWOOD MANOR DEVELOPMENT
Pinewood consists of 450 acres of rolling hills, tree-lined roadways, and connecting bike and recreation paths only three miles from the heart of Essex Junction's business district. Our proximity to IBM and the Circumferential Highway, along with some of the best schools in the State makes Pinewood an inviting place to live. The Pinewood Homeowners Association manages the heated, community pool, which can be seen at the Valleyview Drive entrance off Route 117 (River Road). Currently there are approximately 250 unique homes built in the development with lot sizes averaging 3/4 acres. In the spring of 2006, Pinewood hopes to start construction on a new 39-lot section with an expanded bike path, which will connect to the Lang Farm Development in Essex Center.
