Lang Associates Receives Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™ Member Achievement Award of Excellence for Outgoing Referral Production

South Burlington - Lang Associates, Vermont’s leading real estate firm is proud to announce they are the recipient of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™ Member Achievement Award of Excellence for Outgoing Referral Production. This award is presented to the member firm with the most outgoing referrals per sales associate within their company-size category.
The award was presented during the Awards Gala at the 2005 LeadingRE Conference in Orlando, FL, March 25. The annual meeting attracted nearly 900 brokers, managers, relocation professionals, sponsors and guests from leading domestic and international real estate firms.
The conference theme, “Brand New Day,” was a nod to the company’s 2005 re-branding from RELO® to LeadingRE, as well as the trends and opportunities in the real estate and relocation marketplace.
Conference highlights included a sold-out Networking Night, which featured a record number of exhibits from more than 70 sponsors and affiliate companies. The opening session featured Australian keynote speaker Bob Pritchard, an award-winning author and international marketing consultant, whose program energized members and offered insights on differentiation and customer-centric performance. Other guest speakers included Michael Anthony, who challenged attendees to tap their mental resources; Tom Goetschius, who addressed “Sales in the New Bazaar;” Stefan Swanepoel, author of the newly-released Swanepoel Trends Report; and Frances Martinez, Chairman of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), who discussed the exploding Latino home buyer market.
