Linda H. Sparks Earns Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation

South Burlington, Vermont - Lang Associates, Vermont’s leading real estate company, is pleased to announce that Linda H. Sparks has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®.REALTORS® who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Fewer than 38,000 REALTORS® nationwide have earned the credential.
Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS designees subscribe to the strict REALTOR® code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.
Linda has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1971. Prior to joining Lang, she owned her own real estate company. She has also earned the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) designations. Linda is on the board of directors for the Vermont Association on REALTORS® and has served on the board of directors for the Northwestern Vermont Board of REALTORS®. She is a former board member and a current active member of the Burlington Business Association and the Lane Series. She is also an active member of the UVM Alumni Council and the Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce’s Regional Affairs Committee. She is an active volunteer at the Vermont Respite House and the Chittenden County Meals on Wheels.
