Lang Associates Attend 2-day Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Course

have recently completed a 2-day Certified Residential Specialist
(CRS) course instructed by Zan Monroe, REALTORŪ, Broker. The focus
of the course consisted of business planning and marketing for the
Residential Specialist.
This course was one of six two day courses offered by the Council of
Residential Specialists that range in topics from business planning
to investments. Some of the skills acquired upon completion of the
course include identifying the benefits of business planning, making
educated business decisions, and developing a marketing plan.
CRS agents are in the top 4 percent of agents in the country and
have an outstanding level of achievement in the profession. CRS
agents have high volumes of sales and transactions, as well as
advanced training in business planning, real estate investing,
marketing and technology.
